Mind Body Spirit Boot Camp
Rebecca’s Mind-Body-Spirit Boot Camp is a holistic makeover. This program releases tension and pain from the body, creates new ways of thinking and frees the spirit. Clients become more clear, open and aligned on all levels.

Isn’t that an oxymoron? Of course not. Transformation is a no-nonsense affair. It takes intention and effort to build new habits–it’s just like strengthening new muscles. It can even be painful at times. Rebecca serves women who are ready to step up to this challenge. She supports, encourages, inspires and holds them accountable for what they’re creating.
What is it?
Rebecca uses a combination of the best healing techniques–deep physical and posture-changing sessions, profound energy healing, and weekly assignments to create new mental habits. In a nutshell, it’s the process that transformed her life.

- Before and after pictures to monitor your changes
- Weekly self-care exercises
- Daily self-check-ins
