For me, sugar addiction is one of the most difficult things to face with in the process of cleaning up my life. But I’ve been sugar free for 3 weeks now and feeling less foggy, more clear and energized as a result. Not to mention, I’m losing weight–which wasn’t my intention, it just happened. I [...]

After any type of healing work I tell my clients to take a relaxing detox bath.
Why? Because energy is moving and the body is releasing. You want any toxins to move freely and easily out of the body. Stuck energy can make you sick and that's no fun.
Fill the tub with lukewarm water and soak for a full 20minutes. Take the bath within 24 hours of receiving a session.
1) The Salt Bath
1/3 cup epsom salt
1/3 cup sea salt
1/3 cup baking soda
2) The Apple Cider Vinegar Soak
1 cup apple cider vinegar
I take a detox bath whenever I feel worn out, depleted or vulnerable to colds or flu.
