How do I Let Go of Something or Someone?
Twice this week I’ve heard the theme—I know that I should no longer connect with so-and-so. I’m having a hard time letting this relationship go. Every time I see so-and-so I’m triggered, emotional, sucked in. I know I should tell them I’m not available, but how? I’m having trouble standing my ground. I don’t want to create conflict.
